Dr. Robert Tomback is leaving his post as superintendent of Harford County Public Schools at the end of the current school year. The following is a letter issued Monday to school employees, a copy of which was supplied to Patch: Dear Colleagues, I write to you today to express my appreciation for your extraordinary work on behalf of our students, their families, and our community.
