Harford Under Flash Flood Watch Sunday

Storms battered central Maryland Sunday afternoon, leaving Harford County under a flash flood watch until 10 p.m. The forecast for Sunday afternoon and early evening calls for stretches of rain and thunderstorms with temperatures in the mid-to-upper 70s. The National Weather Service issued the flash flood watch just before 3 p.m. Sunday. It covers parts of Maryland, Northern Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.
