The rest of the details will remain the same with the rally running 4:30-6:30 p.m., according to a release from the Bel Air Downtown Alliance. Tyler Daniel from 103.7 WXCY will serve as DJ and master of ceremonies Friday. The rally, which is free to the public, will also feature food from Looney’s Pub and Flavor Cupcakery, free popcorn while supplies last and Ravens swag from Natty Boh Gear.
