The following are recent arrests made and incidents handled by the Harford County Sheriff's Office: Lenora May Sikalis-Barber, 44, with addresses in the 2400 block of Conowingo Road in Bel Air and the 4000 block of Paddrick Road in Darlington, was charged Feb. 22 with two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana, two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while her license was suspended, driving without a license, possessing a fraudulently altered license, failure to display license on demand and speeding.
