CMW Has Best SATs
C. Milton Wright topped all other county schools in SAT scores for the third consecutive year.
C. Milton Wright High School may be struggling on the football field this year, but in the classroom its students appear to be prepared just fine for college. The school with the largest student population led all others in Harford County for the third consecutive year in mean SAT results, according to statistics released recently by the Harford County Public Schools. The county as a whole saw little change overall in its SAT scores. Compared to 2009 results, the critical reading average remained at 507 while math increased by two points to 523 and writing decreased by five points to 483. The county's schools scored reading averages six points higher than the state average of 501 and out-paced the rest of Maryland in math by 17 points. In …
