Angeline Feazelle, formerly of Jarrettsville, will have to register as a sex offender if she is released from jail.
A former Jarrettsville woman was sentenced Wednesday to serve 80 years in prison for sexually abusing a young girl while the child was between the ages of 5 and 6. Angeline K. Feazelle, 30, formerly of Jarrettsville, was found guilty of two counts of child abuse and a single count of child abuse as a continuing course of conduct by a Harford County jury in January, according to a release from the Harford County State's Attorney's Office. Feazelle and her boyfriend, Jeremy “Shane” Cochran, lived in the same Jarrettsville household with the girl at the time of the abuse, the release states. UPDATE: (1:14 p.m.)—An inclusion helper at Bel Air High School was charged Friday with sex abuse of a minor after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old girl. The North Harford High School classroom helper charged with sex abuse admitted to having sex with a 15-year-old North Harford student, charging documents state. Amanda K. Miller, 35, of the 4500 block of Flintville Road in Whiteford, is charged with sex abuse of a minor, third-degree sex offense and two counts of fourth-degree sex offense, court records show. Miller told investigators from the Harford County Child Advocacy Center, a unit that specializes in investigating mistreatment of children, that she had exchanged nude photos and had sex with a 15-year-old boy who is in tenth grade at the school where she teaches, according to charging documents. A Fallston man is facing up to 35 years in jail after he was found guilty this week of sexually abusing a 4-year-old boy. After 10 hours of deliberation a jury found James Thomas Starr, 26, of the 2100 block of Stewart Drive in Fallston, guilty of sexual child abuse and third-degree sexual offense, according to Harford County State's Attorney Joe Cassilly. Starr had illegal sexual contact with a 4-year-old boy in March 2012, according to charging documents. Assistant State's Attorney Lisa Hyle Marts prosecuted the case and presented testimony from the child victim during the trial, Cassilly wrote in an email to Patch. An Abingdon man is facing sex abuse and peeping tom charges after allegedly taking video of his daughter while she showered. Patch is not naming the accused or the victim for the victim's protection. A 42-year-old Abingdon man was charged Saturday with sex abuse of a minor, peeping tom and a related charge or prurient intent in a private place. He was released from the Harford County Detention Center Wednesday after posting $100,000 bond. The charges stem from an incident that took place in early November. A 38-year-old Forest Hill man was sentenced to serve 20 years in jail for sexually abusing a child, age 4.
A 38-year-old Forest Hill man pleaded guilty last week, in the second day of his trial, to sexually abusing a 4-year-old child. Brian Joseph Flynn, 38, of the 2100 block of Putnam Road in Forest Hill, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to one count of sex abuse of a minor and one count of a second-degree sex offense of a minor, according to a release from the Harford County State's Attorney's Office. The plea agreement calls for a sentence of 45 years in jail, with 25 years of that sentence suspended and 20 years to serve. Along with jail time, Flynn will be placed on sexual offender supervision and will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, according to the release.
