Forecasters, who originally predicted snowfall totals as high as a foot or more in some parts of the Baltimore area, are revising totals.
Schools were closed in preparation, but many residents and Patch readers are wondering—where's the snow? Forecasters, too, have been revising predictions as a low pressure system responsible moves north and takes the warmer temperatures with it.
