Several Bel Air residents weighed in Tuesday on major issues that drove their votes.
While one Bel Air resident gave her thoughts on camera, several others told Patch what this Bel Air municipal election is about for them. Edwin Weaver, a 60-year resident of Bel Air, thinks the major issue of this election is the purchase of the old BB&T Bank building on Main Street. He said the purchase was one he is "OK" with. For Angelo Monico, the candidates' perspective on property taxes was the issue driving his vote. Monico, who has lived in town for two decades, said Terence Hanley and Greg Adolph addressed those issues to his satisfaction.
