Burger King BB Gun Shooting Prompts Charges
No injuries were reported as a result of the Bel Air incident.
Bystanders reported a shooting outside Burger King in Bel Air Monday evening, but police later learned the weapon involved was a BB gun, not a handgun. Around 6:15 p.m. several people contacted Maryland State Police with the Bel Air Barrack to report a shooting outside Burger King, located at 2110 Emmorton Road, according to a release from state police. Troopers and deputies with the Harford County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene a short time later and canvassed the area. No one was injured, and investigators found no physical evidence of shell casings or property damage at the location, the release states.
