About Scott
Scott T. Walker lives in Bel Air, MD with his wife Lia and sons, David and Tommy. He was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. He has been the Executive Director of the Bel Air Downtown Alliance since December of 2009. He spent five years in sales and marketing, and prior to that he was in the restaurant industry for 18 years, managing for 10 years. The Bel Air Downtown Alliance, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is committed to creating a vibrant business community and visitor friendly destination in Downtown Bel Air, MD.
