Bring your kids to the 25th annual Halloween Costume Parade and Contest at the Festival at Bel Air in Harford County on Saturday, October 26th, 2013, at 11 am!
It’s FREE! And it's one of Harford County's oldest and biggest Halloween events!
All kids who dress up and march in the parade get candy AND trick-or-treat bags.

The 25th annual Festival at Bel Air Halloween Costume Parade is held rain or shine on Saturday, October 26th in the parking lot in front of RITE AID. LINE-UP starts at 10:30 am.
