4th Annual Upper Chesapeake Health Diabetes Health Fair

The University of Maryland Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center (UCMC) will host a free health fair for people with diabetes on Monday, October 28 from 3:30-5:30pm in the Chesapeake Conference Room on the UCMC campus in Bel Air. Get information on diabetes supplies, technology, medications, and the diabetes programs offered at Upper Chesapeake Health. The free evet will feature breakout education sessions, literature, samples, and raffle items.
