Bow Wow Boogie

Put on your dancing shoes, let down your hair, and support the largest party of the year for Harford County’s homeless and neglected animals. The Bow Wow Boogie will be held on Friday, May 6, 2011 from 7:30-11:30pm at the Richlin Ballroom, 1700 Van Bibber Road, Edgewood, MD. Tickets are $45 per person or $400 for a table of ten.

Over 400 guests will enjoy an extensive buffet with a roast beef carving station and oysters shucked while you wait, followed by a make-your-own sundae dessert bar. Draft beer, wine and sodas are included in the ticket price with a cash bar for mixed drinks. A DJ will be playing a wide variety of Top 40 music from various decades, and guests can dance the night away on the dance floor. Those who wish to try their luck can lay bets on the Big Six Wheel or buy raffle tickets for a chance to win an enormous basket of cheer.

Don’t leave the gala empty-handed! Guests can bid on a wide variety of items at the silent auction. Dozens of local businesses and animal lovers in the community donate gift cards, products, services, tickets to area attractions and much more to the silent auction. Other items will be auctioned off live. Last year’s live auction featured sports memorabilia from the Ravens, an exclusive golf outing, a vacation rental at Deep Creek Lake, Ironbirds tickets, and more.
