Tornado Spotted; Harford Issued Warning

The warning is in effect until 9:45 p.m.

UPDATE (9:55 p.m.)—The tornado warning has been lifted.

A tornado was spotted in the Interstate-95 corridor near Maryland routes 22 and 543, according to Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Services.
