Car Crashes in Winters Run Ravine, Driver Extricated
One victim was transported to the hospital.
An unidentified motorist was transported to Bayview Medical Center on Wednesday at about 6 p.m. after crashing a vehicle into a ravine at Winters Run on Carrs Mill Road.
The road was closed north of the Carrs Mill Road bridge, where the accident occurred, while emergency responders extricated the victim, whose condition was unknown.
The rescue took approximately 10 minutes and the road was reopened shortly thereafter.
