Pedestrian Passes Out on Route 924
The incident occurred around 8 p.m., according to Maryland State Police.
UPDATE (8:26 p.m.)—Maryland State Police are responding to Maryland Route 924 at the intersection of Preston Lane in Bel Air South for a male pedestrian who passed out in the road, according to a dispatcher.
State police earlier reported that the male had been struck by a vehicle.
"The person has some medical issues," the dispatcher said. "There was no pedestrian struck by a car."
