Terence Hanley's Response to Theft Charge
Patch spoke to the Bel Air town commissioner before and after Monday's town meeting.
Town Commissioner Terence Hanley declined comment on his before and after .
“I’d love to be able to talk, but I can’t,” Hanley said after a Patch reporter repeatedly asked about , as first reported by Patch.
